Diffusion of the latest innovations in the area of business and leisure tourism, management expertise and skills, as well as the specific elements managers need to lead this industry. The program incorporates innovative management models for effective corporate leadership.

The methodology used by ESADE -active learning, individual and group work and relevant topic debates- is of the most innovative in Spanish business education. Case discussions allow for the application of the knowledge acquired, stimulate personal development and go a step further by focusing on the inductive process used during preparation and discussion.
